The room was tiny, barely accommodating two people, and had a cramped balcony overlooking a wall with wandering pipes. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room and the carpet left much to be desired, which was highly disappointing. I experienced an extremely awkward checkout procedure where staff checked every item in the room, making me feel unnecessarily scrutinized—definitely not the welcoming experience I expected in Istanbul.

The rooftop restaurant serves a breakfast feast with views that'll knock your socks off! And don't miss the fresh fish dishes at nearby Dar'inn, they are absolutely to die for! Plus, staff like Samet were quick on their feet when it came to fulfilling requests.

My checkout experience was a bit odd with them checking every little thing in my room, but I reckon they were just being thorough. Lucky I don’t look like a criminal—even I paid a cool $200 per night!
